It’s taken a long time for business conferences to catch up with other forms of communication. Top-down is out. Participation is everything: improvisation, inspiration, innovation, inter-action. No formal agenda (until maybe afterwards). Think Open Source, think Wikipedia.
So what is it? It depends on you!
