Machines

On Friday the 5^th of October we'll present - in a 45 minutes show in front of everybody - all the intelligent machines that have been brought to Stream 2007.

For many years intelligent machines have been portrayed in science fiction as machines capable of thinking and acting for themselves (some times with a mixture of anticipation and dread). With computing power (and artificial intelligence) ever increasing, intelligent machines are now on the brink of becoming a part of every day life.

We'll be showing the robots in a show and welcome everybody to a discussion (Where is Rosie?) whether intelligent machines are a blessing or a threat to humankind. Please bring yor intelligent machines to Stream 2007 and contact Ruud Wanck for any questions or suggestions. Some of the Intelligent Machines that will be showed at Stream 2007:

2 or 3 remote control model airplane / Helicopter PC simulators (Realflight 3.5)

I will bring a new model of a Robotic Lawn Mower (Shai Abramson)

"The Electric Chair"  -  (Zvika Netter- GarageGeeks)

Self built - xbox electric chair that responds to the game you plays with a 220V motor & light , I will bring the mechanism and look for a chair, couch, (car?!) on site to attach it to.
