Leadership beyond authority

For those who need a break from interactive technology, we propose focusing on a humanistic issue: Where does Leadership emerge when there are no traditional authority structures? Bring your dilemmas and we will discuss them!

We often confuse leadership with "management", and never study leadership in its purest form. Today's complex structures mean leaders have to operate outside their traditional comfort zone. Due to the internet almost all forms of business have moved into an age of collaboration and partnerships. This goes especially for marketing - be it leading a team of marketing professional or the whole industry. And it's also true for how companies can "lead" their consumers.

What new dilemmas are posed by this? What challenges do you see in developing leaders who can work across diverse worlds?

Join Mark Linder of WPP, Pauliina Valpas of Laundry-Helsinki for a stimulating discussion. And bring your leadership dilemmas!
